The Treasurer ensures that proper Accounts of the Association are kept and that financial statements are presented to the relevant Bodies. This Officer supervises the work of the Accounts Department, prepares the Association's books for proper audit, prepares an annual budget for approval and supervises expenditures in accordance with the approved budget.
