The Third Vice-President specially deals with all that concerns the welfare of the members in matters other than professional and industrial relations. In accepting responsibility for the internal morale of the Association, this Officer is charged with devising, negotiating for and instituting fringe benefits for members. In addition, the 3rd Vice-President promotes and coordinates the sporting, cultural and social activities at the national level for members.
