General Secretary

The General Secretary is assigned the responsibilities of minutes, reports, records and correspondence both within the Association and in relation to external individuals and bodies. This Officer gives support to the other Elected National Officers and in particular, to the publicity and public relations role of the President and the work of the 1st Vice-President in professional advancement and education. The General Secretary leads in the dissemination of the work of the Caribbean Union of Teachers (CUT) within TTUTA and the formulation of TTUTA's positions for the CUT.
