Second Vice-President

The Second Vice-President is specially charged with the welfare of the members of the Association in all that concerns terms and conditions of service. As Chairman of the Industrial Relations Committee, this Officer coordinates the proposals and programmes that are of concern to industrial relations and conditions of service. In addition to supervising the work of the Industrial Relations Officers, the 2nd Vice-President sees to the expeditious settlement of IR grievances of members.
