Teachers marching through streets demanding adequate remuneration

The Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers' Association (TTUTA) is the representative trade union for teachers in Trinidad and Tobago who are employed in the public education sector. Its membership approximates 10,800 teachers in active service and 1,200 retiree members. TTUTA's main operations take place from its Head Office at the corner of Fowler Street and Southern Main Road in Curepe, from its South Office at Donaldson Street, San Fernando and its Tobago Office at Glen Road, Scarborough, Tobago.
